The deal for using the 4NBT sticker map

4NBT.MEDIA is a free, public, community art project. By placing a pin, uploading a photo, or otherwise using the sticker map, you agree to the following. This is plain-language terms, not a contract drafted by lawyers.

Your content & the license you grant

You keep ownership of photos you upload. You must have the right to post them.
By uploading, you grant 4NBT a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host and publicly display your photo on the map and in link-preview ("share") cards, for as long as the pin exists. This license ends when you (or we) delete the pin.

What you may NOT post

Anything illegal, or content you do not have the right to share.
Identifiable photos of other people, or of private residences, without consent. Do not pin someone's home. Do not publish a person's exact location or expose where they live.
Doxxing, harassment, threats, hate, or content that endangers someone's safety.
Sexual content involving minors, or any exploitation of children.
Spam, malware, or attempts to abuse or overload the service.

Age

You must be at least 13 to use the map. Do not upload identifiable photos of children.

Location is public

Placing a pin publishes its location publicly at full precision. Pin only what you are comfortable making public. You are responsible for what you choose to pin.

Removing content

Remove your own pin any time with REMOVE THIS PIN on the map.
To report a pin that breaks these rules, exposes you, or infringes your rights, contact us (below) and we will review and remove it. We may remove any content, at our discretion, to keep people safe.
Copyright / DMCA: if a photo infringes your copyright, send a notice to [email protected] identifying the pin and the work, and we will act on valid notices.

No warranty

The map is provided "as is," with no warranties. To the extent allowed by law, 4NBT is not liable for losses arising from your use of it. There is no token, leaderboard, or payout tied to placing pins, and nothing here is financial advice.
